Effective date: July 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DeucePoint ("the app," "we," "us") handles information when you use it. We've written this policy to plainly match what the app actually does — DeucePoint was built specifically to avoid collecting personal data.
DeucePoint does not collect any information. There is no server, backend, or cloud component associated with this app — it functions entirely on your device.
The only data the app creates is the match information you generate by using it:
This information is generated and stored entirely on your device. We — the developer — never receive it, see it, or have any way to access it.
Match history and settings are stored locally on your Apple Watch using
Apple's standard UserDefaults storage mechanism. This is
local-device storage only. It is not synced to iCloud, not backed up to
any server we control, and not accessible to us or to any other party.
If you use Apple's own device backup features (such as iCloud backup of your Watch, where applicable), that backup is governed by Apple's own privacy practices, not ours — we have no visibility into or control over Apple's device backup systems.
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any data to third parties, because we do not collect any data to begin with. DeucePoint contains no third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data-broker integrations of any kind.
You can delete all match history at any time from within the app: open the Matches tab and select Clear Data. This permanently removes all stored match history from your device immediately; there is no undo.
Uninstalling the app from your Apple Watch will also remove all locally stored data associated with it, consistent with standard watchOS app behavior.
DeucePoint does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), because the app does not collect information from any user at all.
DeucePoint does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that would receive your data. The app requires no network permissions and makes no network requests.
If DeucePoint's data practices ever change — for example, if a future update introduces optional cloud sync or account features — this policy will be updated accordingly, and the "Effective date" above will reflect the most recent revision. We recommend checking this page periodically if you have concerns.
